Ahad Syed is an IP attorney focusing on trademark prosecution at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”), responses to USPTO Office Action refusals, trademark infringement litigation at the Northern District of Illinois, the Central District of California, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings. Ahad also handles copyright infringement disputes as well as patent infringement matters.
